Overview
Dial Zero Marketing is looking for a Social Media Manager to lead content strategy, creation, and execution for our clients. This role requires a strong understanding of social media trends, platform algorithms, and audience engagement. You will be responsible for planning content, writing copy, designing posts, shooting content, scheduling, engaging with audiences, and serving as the primary client contact.
This position is available as a contract, part-time, or full-time role based on experience and preference.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic social media content plans
- Write compelling, on-brand copy for posts, captions, and campaigns
- Design engaging graphics and videos optimized for various platforms
- Capture and edit high-quality content, including short-form video
- Schedule and manage content across multiple social platforms
- Actively engage with audiences to foster community and increase reach
- Monitor trends and algorithm changes to optimize content performance
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication and updates
- Track and report on key performance metrics to measure success
Qualifications- Minimum 1 year of agency experience (2+ preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on social media experience
- Strong knowledge of social platform algorithms and best practices
- Proficiency in social scheduling tools and analytics platforms
- Ability to write and design content that aligns with various brand voices
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills for client management and reporting
