SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNT MANAGER

SOCIAL MEDIA coordinator

As a key player, you will spearhead strategic social media initiatives, while elevating our brand presence and engaging our audience effectively. If you possess a proven track record in crafting compelling campaigns and possess a deep understanding of social media trends, we invite you to take the lead in shaping our brand's online narrative.

responsibilities:

  • Create, develop, and execute strategy for clients; including but not limited to growth ideas, content ideas, campaign / launch concepts, influencer + brand partnerships, and overall suggestions to stay proactive with all accounts
  • Create / review IG Story content, as well as suggest new concepts and content
  • Create content calendars for Client approval, including aesthetically cohesive imagery, edited videos, and captions 
  • Handle influencer and brand partnership relations - identifying, communication, and execution
  • Establish and maintain direct relationships with clients - timely responses to email, lead Client calls
  • Oversee Account Coordinator's posting and community management on all accounts for supervision
  • Create analytic reports for client and internal meetings
  • Coordinate photo and video shoots for Clients, as well as capture iPhone content for Tiktok + Reels if needed

requirements:

  • At least 2 years of social media experience
  • Interest in lifestyle, entertainment, trends, and current events a must Innovative, strategic, and analytical thinker 
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and prioritization skills 
  • Team player who works well both collaboratively and autonomously 
  • Organizational and time-management skills 
  • Keen eye for detail and aesthetic; graphic design and photography skills a plus 
  • Ability to manage and delegate tasks
  • Ability to film and edit video for Instagram and TikTok

As a key player, you will spearhead the design and brand management for our largest accounts. You'll also create new campaigns, activate trend focused social graphics, and contribute to client projects company wide. This role will also be in charge of nurturing and fostering growth in the Junior Graphic Designer on staff.

responsibilities:

  • Create visually compelling graphics and multimedia elements tailored for social media platforms, effectively communicating brand messages and engaging audiences.
  • Craft designs optimized for Instagram, Pinterest, Email, with proper design considerations and on trend aesthetic
  • Uphold brand identity by maintaining visual coherence and adherence to brand guidelines in all social media design materials.
  • Work closely with the Accounts teams to create refreshed assets, images, graphics, templates for clients on a need by need basis
  • Stay closely informed about social media trends, design innovations, and emerging technologies, infusing fresh and relevant ideas into creative concepts
  • Analyze and integrate performance data into design iterations, optimizing design elements for increased user interaction and conversion rates
  • Mentor and guide junior designers, providing artistic direction and fostering a culture of creativity within the design team

requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in social media and email marketing design
  • Interest in lifestyle, entertainment, trends, current events 
  • Innovative, creative, strategic, and analytical thinker
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and prioritization skills; able to work both collaboratively and autonomously as needed
  • Keen eye for detail and aesthetic; graphic design and photography skills a plus
  • Experience with Adobe Suite, Figma, Canva and preferably Klaviyo but not necessary

  • Calendar Management: Coordinate complex and ever-changing schedules for executives, ensuring all appointments, meetings, and events are seamlessly organized.
  • Communication Liaison: Act as a primary point of contact, filtering and prioritizing communication, emails, and phone calls on behalf of executives while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Travel Coordination: Plan, arrange, and manage travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries, optimizing efficiency and comfort for executives. 
  • Meeting Facilitation: Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, documents, and presentations, while also taking detailed meeting minutes and following up on action items.
  • Project Support: Assist in research, data compilation, and preparation of reports, presentations, and proposals to aid decision-making processes.
  • Confidentiality Management: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality 
  • Ad-hoc Support: Provide additional support as required, including personal errands and special projects, to assist executives in their roles.

requirements:

  • Preferred Exec Assistant experience or VA / Tech VA experience
