Dial Zero Marketing is looking for a Social Media Manager to lead content strategy, creation, and execution for our clients. This role requires a strong understanding of social media trends, platform algorithms, and audience engagement. You will be responsible for planning content, writing copy, designing posts, shooting content, scheduling, engaging with audiences, and serving as the primary client contact.

This position is available as a contract, part-time, or full-time role based on experience and preference.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic social media content plans
  • Write compelling, on-brand copy for posts, captions, and campaigns
  • Design engaging graphics and videos optimized for various platforms
  • Capture and edit high-quality content, including short-form video
  • Schedule and manage content across multiple social platforms
  • Actively engage with audiences to foster community and increase reach
  • Monitor trends and algorithm changes to optimize content performance

Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of agency experience (2+ preferred)

Responsibilities
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret marketing data across multiple platforms
  • Track key performance metrics for social media, email marketing, paid ads, and web traffic
  • Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to improve marketing strategies
  • Build reports and dashboards to visualize performance insights
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize engagement, conversions, and ROI

Marketing Data Analyst

Overview
Dial Zero Marketing is looking for a Marketing Assistant to provide support across influencer marketing, UGC content organization, trend sourcing, and backend operations. This is a junior role that does not require prior experience, but it does require someone who is highly organized, self-motivated, and eager to learn. You will work closely with Social Media Managers and the broader marketing team to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and content initiatives.

This position is available as a contract, part-time, or full-time role based on experience and preference.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with influencer marketing coordination, including research, outreach, and tracking
  • Organize and manage UGC content for client campaigns
  • Research and source social media trends, viral content, and emerging strategies
  • Support Social Media Managers with scheduling, engagement, and content execution
  • Take detailed notes during client meetings and internal strategy sessions
  • Maintain backend organization for marketing assets, documents, and performance reports
  • Assist in general administrative support and marketing operations as needed

Qualifications
  • No prior experience required, but must be a self-starter and highly driven
  • Strong interest in digital marketing, social media, and influencer marketing
  • Ability to stay up to date with trends and identify viral content opportunities
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Detail-oriented and able to take clear, actionable notes
